White Chocolate with Cacoa Nibs

The use of natural cocoa butter (as opposed to deoderized), natural cane sugar, and whole milk powder result in a white chocolate that retains the flavor & character of its constituent ingredients. About 10% (by weight) cacao nibs are added for texture and additional flavor.
