Spruce Syrup Caramels

**SHIPPING PAUSED** To avoid product melting during shipment, we are pausing our caramel candy until September. In late spring, we harvest the bright green tips from local spruce trees. The tips are macerated in organic dark brown sugar, creating a versatile syrup with a woodsy, citrus flavor. Spruce Syrup can be drizzled on just about anything, but is especially good with cheese, on roasted vegetables, in cocktails, and, of course, in caramels! INGREDIENTS: heavy cream, organic cane sugar, light corn syrup (corn syrup, salt, vanilla extract), spruce syrup, sea salted butter. Bag is heat sealed. Contains 10 individually wrapped caramels.
